  4. Can you share an example of how you resolved a conflict within your team? “I recall a situation where two team members had conflicting ideas on a project. Instead of making a unilateral decision, I brought both team members together for a meeting to discuss the situation. Through open communication and active listening, we were able to find a solution that incorporated elements from both of their ideas and ultimately resulted in a better outcome for the project.”
  5. How do you prioritize and manage your workload, as well as your team’s workload? “I use various tools and techniques to prioritize my workload, including prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, delegating tasks to team members where appropriate, and regularly reviewing and adjusting my to-do list. 6. How do you handle underperforming team members and help them improve? “I approach underperformance as a coaching opportunity rather than a disciplinary issue. I schedule a one-on-one meeting with the team member to understand the root cause of their underperformance and work with them to identify any skills gaps or other challenges they may be facing.
