What Kind of Questions are on the NJATC Apprenticeship Aptitude Test?
The exam will comprise 69 questions that must be answered in 96 minutes. These questions are broken into two separate subjects – algebra and reading comprehension.
The Algebra portions of the exam contain 33 total questions, which must be answered in 45 minutes. The reading comprehension section has 36 questions and utilizes the last 51 minutes of the testing time (which is useful considering there is more reading involved). All questions are multiple-choice but may take a variety of time to solve.

- You must have a high school diploma or a GED.

- You must have a valid state ID, and you must bring it on the day of testing.
