The Interview Procedure

Most interviews start via email or over the phone. Some may also be required on Zoom, or other video call apps.  This interview is the sole factor that determines your eligibility for BMW. Expect to be asked about your work accomplishments. If you pass the interview, you will take an online test to evaluate your teamwork skills and how you would perform as an employee of BMW Company.
