Many of these assessments will be difficult and will require a substantial amount of concentration, meaning that you should take them as seriously as possible. Step 3 – Interviews

P&G uses a combination of behavioral-based and situational-based interviews to get to know what you are really like. This interview will often be one-on-one, or with a panel, these are often conducted online, via phone, or in person. Step 4 – Offer
