How a DDI Leadership Assessment is Scored

Health Care Leadership Battery
The Health Care Leadership Battery contains a series of leadership evaluations that focus all areas of being a leader in health care as well as behavioral skills that are necessary for success in high-stress environments.
Manager Ready Assessment
The Manager Ready Assessment is a more involved leadership assessment that looks for traits that indicate a good manager. This exam focuses on similar behavioral traits as other leadership assessments but also includes high-intensity decision-making tasks.
